Cancellations

At Iconic Grading Company, we pride ourselves on providing a professional and streamlined grading experience for sports card collectors and dealers. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following cancellation policy applies to all grading service orders.

Cancellation Window & Process

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and before the grading process begins.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to sales@iconicgradingco.com.
  • Once grading has begun or the order has been prepared for shipment, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Cancellation Fee

  • All approved cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, which covers administrative, handling, and processing costs incurred from the time of order placement.
  • This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Orders Already Shipped

  • No cancellations will be accepted once your order has been marked as shipped.
  • An order is considered shipped once a tracking number has been generated and the package has left our facility.
  • Please verify your order details before finalizing your submission.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • All grading service levels include non-refundable processing, authentication, and labor costs.
  • In the event a cancellation is requested after grading has started (even if not yet shipped), no refund will be issued.

Chargeback Policy

  • Submitting a chargeback without first contacting Iconic Grading Company is considered a violation of our service terms and may result in a permanent ban from future submissions.
  • We are committed to resolving any customer issues professionally and promptly—please contact us first.
